Create your own Web Page
Create a Sellers Web Page by
following the simple directions. Click "Your
Free Listing" (at
the top right corner). Follow
the instructions to build your own customized "Seller Web Page."
NOTE: Print out the Download instructions for a hard copy reference.
After submitting
your info you will see the following statement; "Congratulations...your
listing is now active."
2.Take
Photos of your Home
You want to advertise and show your
home in its best light. Take quality digital photo's of your home and store
them on your computer in a file that is easy to find.

Upload your photo's to
Your Web Page!

To Get on the MLS!
If You want to get the MOST EXPOSURE and
the Greatest Number of Calls on your property...the MLS is one of the most
active Medians you can be on.
There is an upfront processing and programming fee to get your
property
into the MLS and Realtor.com. This fee can be rebated if you opt in for the
